I drew this for sal because today is his last day and it makes me very sad to see him leave. but he's got bigger and better fish to fry. And no amount of whining i could do could persuade him otherwise. But he will be sorely missed as he was like a brother to me!

I drew this last week, i wanted to fix it up again and then color it to completion but i started getting in trouble at work for doodling too much so i had to put it away. i only pulled it out today to just post it.

hey i totally didn't realize it but two posts ago was my 100th post. Hooray! Can you believe it? I mean, seriously. I started this thing when i started working for AC and now i'm 100 posts in and all i can show for it is more chicks. haha! that's alright though because that is my favorite thing to draw in the world. No joke. Anyway, i drew this chunky lady because i like 'em soft and i haven't been giving my ladies the plump that much lately.

i've always wanted to draw a bitch with a gun. this is the closest i've ever gotten to accepting it, even though the gun is shitty as i did not use reference.

still working on it... might color it, dunno yet really. i always like posting these things 1.2 way thru so i can notice all the things that bother me about them.

I had bought this Pinup book a few months back and never really had a chance to look at it. It is quite possibly the best book i've ever bought. There's some really amazing shit in there. I think that pinup artists really got taken for granted considering that back in those days what they were painting was smut. But they all had the skills of Rockwell and an amazing ability to capture the definition of sex in a pose. Beautiful, beautiful stuff in there. Anyway, I got inspired to do some pinups and i think i might clean this up and color it.

this is my little "i'm bored and i've wanted to do this for awhile rainy-day project" project. It's not a cheap hobby but i think it will be very rewarding. I bought the 8 and the 2 inch DIY qees from qeester.com today, hopefully they'll get here by the weekend and i can start painting them soon.

Done while listening to Brazilian Girls... Well, started, at least. It did take longer than a 3 minute song would. But it was nice to do, i had done something like this earlier in the week and flash crashed while i was in the middle of it. I think i liked the other one for different reasons, it was a different expression but the same lip-biting action... Either way i'm satisfied with the way it came out, i've been trying to round out my ability to do expressions in my work for awhile now and this was the first completely successful attempt.
